Nana Addison

Nana Addison is a trailblazing entrepreneur recognized as one of Europe’s 100 most influential women in startup and venture capital. In 2023, she founded Styleindi GmbH, the first black woman-founded cosmetics CPG startup in Germany, dedicated to creating inclusive beauty solutions. Her inaugural brand, Ancient Beauty, features African botanical-infused products designed for diverse hair textures.

Previously, Nana established CURL Agency, a leading multicultural brand communication agency, and launched the CURL CON Festival, attracting over 10,000 attendees.
